Sandbox Registration and Accounts Management System
We are excited to offer before and after school care for our families at IMO. Please click here to view many of the terrific program features that Sandbox offers. To register please click on the following link: Sandbox registration. The process only takes about five minutes.
Once your children are registered, you will receive an invitation to the Parent Portal which is where you will be able to make payments, set up optional bank drafts and auto-withdrawals, update authorized pick-up persons, and edit contact information.
AM only (7am-8:00am): $20.00 per week or $6 Drop-in*
PM only (3:30pm-6pm): $40.00 per week or $10 Drop-in*
AM&PM (7am-8:00am & 3:30pm-6pm): $50.00 per week or $12 Drop-in*
Late Pick-Up Charges
AM/PM closes daily at 6:00PM. You will be charged $1.00 per minute, per child beginning at 6:01PM. Excessive late pick-ups could result in removal from the program.
Families who qualify for the Free and Reduced Lunch Program should contact email@example.com to discuss payment options.
*Drop-in is first come, first served. Space is limited – you must email firstname.lastname@example.org in advance and receive approval in order for your child to attend AM/PM as a drop-in participant.
Payments are due when you receive your invoice via email. A $15 late fee will be charged to the account if payment is not received by end of day on the 5th day from the date your invoice was sent. Failure to clear account balances in a timely manner can result in removal from the program. Please do not send payment in with your child. Payments can be made through Sandbox in the Parent Portal. Scheduling your child(ren) for AM/PM care
To request your desired schedule for before and after school care for your child, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Scheduling is managed by AM/PM not via Sandbox.
Please email email@example.com to request care if you have an unexpected need for care or a need for care on a predetermined day or days that are not recurring. Drop-in space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You must receive an approval via email from AM/PM for your child to have a spot in our program. If no approval has been received, your child must be dropped off during normal arrival times and be picked up at regular dismissal. As soon as you know that you will need care, email AM/PM with your request. Please note that space is limited and your request may not be honored if we have an abundance of requests.
The latest time to request drop-in AM care is 4:00PM the day prior via email. To request drop-in PM care, the latest time to email the AM/PM office is 11:00AM the day you need care.
Examples of drop-in care:
- If you need care on 1/9, 1/16, and 1/25.*
- If you have a meeting on Monday after work one day and Wednesday the next week, but they are not recurring, regularly-scheduled meetings.*
*These cases are considered drop-in care, so you would need to email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you are aware of your needs. If we can accommodate your request, we will place your child(ren) on our drop-in schedule and respond with an approval via email.
Drop-in space is limited and scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
Emergency Situations – AM/PM is not an emergency care provider. If your family has a true emergency which means your child will not be picked up on time, you MUST notify IMO Administration by calling the school at 407-654-2045, and make arrangements to have your child picked up as soon as possible.
